The process for custom jewelry typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the time of design approval, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.
If you need your piece sooner, please ask about our rush order options.

Yes, you can! We are happy to incorporate gemstones or materials you provide into your custom design.
However, we will assess the quality and suitability of the materials before use, and JogoJewel is not responsible for the quality or durability of client-supplied materials.

The custom order process includes:
– An initial consultation to discuss your vision.
– A design proposal with sketches or 3D models.
– Final approval of the design.
– A non-refundable 50% deposit to start production.
– The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup.
6. Do you offer resizing or adjustments for your jewelry?
Yes, we offer resizing and minor adjustments on most of our jewelry.
If you need your jewelry resized, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Fees may apply depending on the nature of the adjustment.

We accept major credit cards, mobile money, bank transfers, and cash.
For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

For standard items, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging.
Custom jewelry, however, cannot be returned or exchanged due to its personalized nature. Please see our return policy for more details.

All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
We also offer lifetime cleaning and polishing services for pieces purchased from JogoJewel.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started, and the initial deposit is non-refundable.
