Key Responsibilities:
– Attend to walk-in and online customers
– Manage WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries
– Support jewelry inventory recording and organization
– Assist with packaging and daily operations
– Maintain accurate records and professional client service

Requirements:

– Good communication and customer service skills
– Attention to detail and professionalism
– Basic smartphone/computer skills
– Previous retail or jewelry experience is an advantage
